The Village at Breckenridge, "where Breckenridge meets the mountain," has long been a favorite year-round destination. This riverside facility is ideally situated at the base of the ski resort and just steps from historic Main Street, offering easy access to the town's numerous shops, restaurants, activities, and events.
 
The Great Divide Lodge is located in the historic resort community of Breckenridge, Colorado - the Lodge is only 50 yards from the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort's Peak 9 and two blocks from Main Street, Breckenridge. At 9600' in elevation, Breckenridge enjoys a high-alpine climate (acclimation suggested - spend a day in Denver at 5280' before heading up to the mountains). The average summer daytime high temp is 70 degrees F.
 
Shuttle Service:
Colorado Mountain Express provides door-to-door shuttle services from Denver International Airport. The cost is $140 or less round trip and can be added to your hotel reservation. (888-525-1787, Group Code #: BC9CC5) The shuttle runs from DIA to Breckenridge every 90 minutes from 9:15am until 8:30pm)
 
Directions to Breckenridge from Denver International Airport:
Peña Boulevard (the airport's main exit) merges into Interstate 70 west. Take Interstate 70 west 85 miles to Frisco (Exit 203). Drive ¾ of the way around the roundabout and take Highway 9 through Frisco, then south nine miles to Breckenridge, where Highway 9, Main Street and North Park Avenue merge in another roundabout.  Take the right exit before entering the roundabout onto Colorado Highway 9 South (which is also Park Avenue although there is no signage with that name.)  End at The Village
Continue to the Great Divide: Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto VILLAGE RD.   End at the Great Divide
